seedancev30 provides AI-powered content generation services, including but not limited to AI Dance (video motion transfer), Hero Portrait (image generation), Face Reshaping, and 2K Super Resolution enhancement services.

3. User Accounts and Credits

• Registration: You may be required to create an account to access certain features.
• Credits: The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are virtual currency you purchase to generate content.
• Non-Transferable: Credits have no monetary value outside the Service and are non-transferable.
• Validity: Purchased credits do not expire unless your account is terminated for violation of these Terms.

4. Payment and Refund Policy

4.1 Payment Processing

We process payments through third-party payment processors using the payment method linked to your Service account. In addition to these Terms, payment processing is subject to the payment processor's own terms, conditions, and privacy policies.

4.2 Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital goods and the substantial computational costs involved in AI generation, all purchases (including credits) are final and non-refundable. This provision does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable law that cannot be excluded or limited.

4.3 Exceptions

Only in cases where a verified technical failure of the Service prevents content from being generated, we may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund for unused credits. For assistance, please contact legal@seedancev30.ai.

5. User Conduct and AI Disclaimer

You agree not to use the Service to generate any content that is illegal, harmful, inappropriate, or offensive.

AI Disclaimer: Content generated by the Service is produced by artificial intelligence. We do not guarantee the accuracy or authenticity of the output. Credits are deducted per task processed, regardless of your subjective satisfaction.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, seedancev30 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
